Original Custom Vacuum Casting Machine for Enhancing Fabrication Quality and Productivity
  • Liquid A and liquid B are mixed and stirred in a vacuum chamber, and then poured from a cup into a mold, allowing for beautiful, bubble-free casting.
  • The internal dimensions of the desiccator are height 600 x width 300 x depth 300 (mm).
  • The maximum work size that can be poured from the cup into the mold is 300mm high x 290mm wide x 290mm deep.
  • By removing the upper and lower cup holders, it can be used as a vacuum degasser for molds up to 600 mm in height.
  • Skilled craftsmen carefully hand-weld the parts to ensure no distortion, high airtightness, and precision.
  • This high-displacement vacuum pump, with a displacement of 3402 m/min, achieves a high vacuum value and can be operated on a standard 100V power supply, making it suitable for use in office buildings and ordinary homes.
  • It is made up of original parts such as the handle and stirring propeller.
  • The surface is parkerized and coated with a solvent-resistant baked paint.
